Shopping Information

What types of shipping are available?
For any international orders, we will ship via DHL or Fedex. Trust us, we provide the best and lowest shipping rates as possible by absorbing the fluctuate price increased from the shipping companies.

Custom taxes and duties

Do check with your local courier services or customs authorities to understand more about how your country handles taxes and duties. We are not responsible for any additional fees that your country may charge for importing goods, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs duties on each item that is ordered.

Will I get a purchase order acknowledgement and shipment tracking number?
Yes, once your purchase order is confirmed, we will send you an email acknowledgement. All purchase order will be shipped within two working days. Once purchase order is ship out, we will send you an email with tracking number that will allow you to know the estimated time delivery.

Do you have any presence in local bike shop?
Yes we do. We valued local bike shops where we can get immediate stock or get support from them. Currently, we are still setting up our distribution channel globally. We will update our dealer information as and when is available.

Can I cancel my order or change my order information?
Once your order is confirmed and we have sent an email acknowledgement, your order cannot be changed or cancel.
