Shipping and Returns

We ship to almost any in the world.

All purchase orders are pre-check in good working condition and packed before ship out. Product will be shipped within 2 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Please check with us if you have any issue with our shipping options.

International customers are responsible for their own country’s custom taxes and duties imposed by the recipient’s country. Berm does not collect any form of custom taxes or duties.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please feel free to return your purchase for a refund any time up to 14 days from the date of purchase. A case number has to be issued to you before you can ship your return to us. Customers are to be responsible for their own return shipping fee.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of our original invoice and order/case number.

Any promotional item that was bought together with your purchase must be returned with the product.

If we ship out the wrong purchase item, we will pay for all shipping charges related to the return. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

Returned product must be in its original condition and cannot be used or fitted.

Returned items should be in its original packaging with tags and undamaged.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy and may require that you pay the shipping charges associated with returning the goods back to you.
