Berm will do our best on our customer service when you need help on finding out or getting the warranty issue solve from us. If there is any damage on your purchase in the terms of manufacturing defect, we will be here for you to insure the warranty claim process.

Our fast and direct communication through social media, Whatsapp or email will get it solve promptly. Our warranty policy covers all manufactured defects for the original owner only. No warranty will be covered under the product that has been modified, re-painted, or bought used. We will require that you send the part to us so we can inspect the cause of defects. If the product is due to manufacturing fault, we will send you with a new replacement and will cover the return shipping cost only. If we determined that your product issue was a result of misuse or a crash failure then we will offer a crash replacement price on a case by case basis.

Berm Frames is covered by our Limited 5 Years Warranty only. Carbon fork is covered by our Limited 2 Years Warranty only. Handlebars and Stems are covered by our Limited 5 Years Warranty only. Proof of purchase receipt is required from our approved dealer or direct from us is required. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only and is subject to supply availability and no guarantee of same graphic design replacement.

The limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or product failure such as damage caused by normal use or handling (cracks, dents, scratches, abrasions), or loss due to misuse, crashes, abuse, lack of maintenance, improper assembly such as over tighten bolts that causes crack lines in the clamp surface area, or not meeting the criteria of a Manufacturer Defect. Engage a professional bike mechanic to get your product installed are highly recommended.

Date of purchase.

Where and Who you purchased the product from.

Your frame serial number.

Photos of the claim including the serial number.

Proof of purchase.
